摘要
西夏典工档案的内容真实地反映了西夏民间典工抵债的客观状况,并结合《天盛律令》中有关西夏典工法律条文的分析,得知典工档案中反映的典工抵债的日工价与西夏法典所规定的典工日工价相差悬殊,可见,西夏现实生活中的典工抵债存在着赤裸裸的剥削和压榨。
The content of XiXia standard labor contracts truly reflect the objective situation of canon worker owe in XiXia folk ,and combined with analysis of XiXia standard labor laws in tiansheng laws ,we learned that the wages of canon worker owe reflected by standard labor contracts and XiXia codes are differ greatly. We can see, there are bare exploitation and squeezing in canon worker owe of XiXia real life.
