子宫内膜去除术后并发症的管理及再次宫腔镜电切术的应用 被引量：1

摘要 子宫内膜去除术(endometrial ablation,EA)已经广泛应用于无生育要求的异常子宫出血(abnormal uterine bleeding,AUB)患者,但EA术后,很多患者发生远期并发症。因此,近年来对于EA术后患者并发症的管理尤其重视,而B超引导下的再次宫腔镜电切术(ultrasound-guided reoperative hysteroscopy,UGRHS)可能会很好的解决术后并发症的问题,本文对EA术后并发症的管理及UGRHS的应用进行综述。
