A型肉毒毒素提高额颞部自体脂肪移植效果的临床分析 被引量:2

Clinical analysis of improvement of satisfaction in frontotemporal autologous fat grafting after botuli- num toxin A injection

摘要 目的评价A型肉毒毒素在额颞部首次自体脂肪移植手术中的应用效果,并回顾性分析手术效果和满意度。方法将55例接受额颞部首次自体脂肪移植手术的患者分成2组。A组27例,于额颞部接受自体脂肪移植前注射A型肉毒毒素;B组28例,仅接受额颞部自体脂肪移植。分别于术后6个月进行随访,评价手术效果和患者满意度。结果术后6个月,A、B两组手术显效度分别为(48.76±9.71)%和(36.37±9.26)%,患者满意度评分分别为1.56±0.51和1.21±0.68。其组间差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论A型肉毒毒素在额颞部首次自体脂肪移植术中,能够提高手术效果和患者满意度。 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of botulinum toxin type A in first frontotemporal au- tologous fat grafting and review the surgical effect and satisfaction degree. Methods Totally 55 cases that first- ly received frontotemporal autologous fat grafting were performed. Before the first frontotemporal autologous fat grafting, 27 cases in the group A accepted the BTX-A injection in frontotemporal region and 28 cases in the group B accepted the therapy of frontotemporal autologous fat grafting without botulinum toxin type A. All pa- tients were followed up and the surgical effect and satisfaction scores were assessed at 6 months postoperatively. Results The valid follow-up showed that surgical effect of two groups were (48.76 ± 9.71 )% and (36.37 ± 9.26) %, satisfaction degree were 1.56 ± 0.51 and 1.21 ± 0.68. The differences between 2 groups were statis- tical significant. Conclusion Injection of botulinum toxin type A at 2 weeks before autologous fat grafting in frontotemporal region were able to evidently enhance the surgical effect and satisfaction degree.
