自体软骨、膨体及脱细胞真皮基质在二次鼻整形中的应用

Application of autologous carlilage, e-PTFE and acellular allogeneic dermal matrix（AADM） in second- ary rhinoplasty

目的探讨自体软骨、膨体聚四氟乙烯及脱细胞异体真皮基质进行二次鼻整形的临床效果。方法采用鼻翼软骨边缘经鼻小柱开放切口，切取鼻中隔软骨及耳软骨搭建鼻尖支架；采用膨体聚四氟乙烯和脱细胞异体真皮基质结合重塑鼻背外形。结果本组共23例患者，术后随访6～24个月，效果满意，鼻背外形自然柔和，鼻尖挺翘圆润。结论采用多种材料，并与医师的先进理论和实践经验相结合，才能更好地达到二次鼻整形术效果。

Objective To introduce a restoration technique by autologous carlilage, e-PTFE and Acellular Allogeneic Dermal Matrix（AADM） in second rhinoplasty after augmentation rhinoplasty. Methods Through the Goodman open incision in the nasal columella and fossa, the nasal septal cartilage and autologous auricular carti- lage were harvested to rebuild scaffold of nasal tip. Application of e-PTFE combined with AADM reshaped the na- sal shape. Results All cases were followed up for 6 to 24 months postoperatively. All patients were satisfied with the natural soft nosal shape and the warped fruity nosal tip. Conclusion Using a variety of materials, ad- vanced theory and practice of physicians can be better to complete the effect of second rhinoplasty.
