应用负压植皮法治疗全层皮肤缺损12例临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察应用负压创面辅助自体皮肤移植治疗全层皮肤损伤的效果。方法对大面积皮肤软组织缺损者,应用负压创面辅助自体皮肤移植治疗,观察移植皮肤存活效果,并发症及预后效果等指标。结果本组共12例患者。皮肤移植全部成活,1例发生局部感染,经换药后愈合。术后随访1~12周,愈合效果满意。结论负压创面辅助自体皮肤移植是治疗全层皮肤缺损,特别是慢性感染性创面的有效的治疗方法,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the effect of negative-pressure assisted autologous skin grafting in full- thickness defect. Methods Negative-pressure assisted autologous skin grafting was used to treat patients with large skin and soft tissue defect. Results Totally 12 cases were treated. All the skin grafting survived excep for 1 case with infection after skin grafting, which was recovered by dressing change for 2 weeks. All cases were followed up for 1 to 12 weeks; all were satisfied with results.
