摘要
优选蒸馏-萃取法提取白胡椒油.以挥发油提取效率为考察指标,对蒸馏-萃取法提取白胡椒中挥发油进行优化研究.蒸馏-萃取法提取白胡椒油的最佳工艺条件是:白胡椒颗粒度60目,提取时间3h,提取温度100℃.在最佳条件下进行5次验证实验,挥发油平均得率为2.27%,表明蒸馏-萃取法可用于白胡椒挥发油的提取.并利用GC-MS法对挥发油进行了分离和鉴定.
Study on the technological conditions of the extraction of pepper oil from white piperine,with volatile oil extraction rate as the indexes. The optimal extraction condition with distillation- extraction method to extract the white pepper oil was as follows: white pepper grains 60 mesh,extraction time of 3 h,extraction temperature of 100 ℃. The extraction rate of up to 2. 27% was obtained with five validation experiment under the best conditions. The results showed that this method could be used in the extraction of white pepper essential oil. Using GC-MS method for volatile oil were separated and identified.
