摘要
通过温和的水热方法,在240℃条件下,合成出了高纯度、高结晶度的BaMnO3晶体样品.通过调节反应物Mn源的变化,可以得到两种具有不同空间群的最终产物.通过对反应混合体系的碱度、反应时间及温度对合成产物的影响,总结出了制备不同结构BaMnO3的最佳条件.粉末X-射线衍射和扫描电镜数据表明样品的结晶性很好,纯度很高.
BaMnO3 samples with high purity and good crystallinity were synthesized under mild hydrothermal conditions ( - 240 ℃ ). Starting chemicals of Mn species play important roles on the final crystal structure of BaMnO3 ,and P63/mmc and R-3mh samples were prepared. Other synthesis conditions such as the alkalinity, reaction time and temperature, have also showed obvious influence on the purity of samples. Powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) characterizations show that the samples have uniform particles with high purity.
