摘要
基于齿轮瞬心附加板机理,采用不完全齿轮和齿条研制了一种等速无冲击直线往复运动机构.该机构可以实现等速直线往复运动且行程不受限制,在齿轮上添加的附加板可以有效减小齿轮与齿条啮合时的速度突变.通过ADAMS软件对样机进行了运动学和接触力仿真,得到齿条的运动规律和施加附加板前后齿轮与齿条啮合的冲击.仿真结果表明,该直线往复机构设计可以实现从动部件的等速直线往复运动,且添加附加板后可明显减小齿轮与齿条的冲击.
The constant linear and non-impact reciprocating mechanism are composed by the partial gear and gear rack on the basis of the additional board on instantaneous center of gear. The mechanism has unrestricted travel,which can achieve the constant linear and non-impact reciprocating motion,and the impact in partial gear and gear rackis is effective decreased by the additional board on the gear. The law of motion of mechanism and the contact force of the partial gear and gear rack with and without the additional board are got by the ADAMS. The simulations show that the mechanism can realize constant velocity and linear reciprocating motion of the slave part,and the additional boards of partial gear can effective decrease impact in gears.
