摘要 以景天三七为原料,采用紫外-可见吸收光谱法分析β-谷甾醇的含量,以β-谷甾醇提取率为指标,分别研究了乙醇浓度、液料比、超声时间、超声温度对景天三七中β-谷甾醇得率的影响.通过响应面实验优化了提取工艺,最佳提取工艺条件是乙醇浓度90%,液料比12 1 m L/g,超声温度为55℃,超声时间19 min,景天三七中β-谷甾醇的提取率为0.152%.此提取工艺可为工业提取β-谷甾醇提供一定的依据. Using the Sedum aizoon L. as raw materials, we studied on the extraction of four factors effect on the β-sitosterol rate including the ratio of material to liquid, ethanol concentration, ultrasonic time, ultrasonic temperature. By response surface Methodology to optimize the extraction technology, the results showed that the optimal conditions are 90% ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio of 12:1 mL/g, ultrasonic temperature of 55 degree, ultrasonic time 19 min. The best extracting technology of Sedum aizoon L. β-sitosterol extraction rate is 0. 152%. This extraction process can provide a certain basis for the industrial extraction of β-sitosterol.
