当归芍药散治疗脾肾两虚型原发性肾病综合征68例临床观察

Dangguishaoyaosan Spleen Deficiency Treatment of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome of 68 Cases

[目的]观察当归芍药散治疗脾肾两虚型原发性肾病综合征疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计,将68例门诊患者予当归芍药散(当归9g,芍药30g,白术12g,川芎9g,泽泻15g,茯苓12g;水肿加车前子;阳气不足所致虚热加生地黄;气阴两虚加太子参、山药),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服。连续治疗60d为1疗程。观测临床症状、24h尿蛋白、血浆白蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈16例,显效15例,有效28例,无效9例,总有效率86.76%。血液指标较治疗前后改善显著(P<0.01)。血脂指标治疗前后改善显著(P<0.01)。[结论]当归芍药散治疗脾肾两虚型原发性肾病综合征疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe Dangguishaoyaosan spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome treatment with primary kidney disease.[Method]Using a prospective design,outpatients 68 to Dangguishaoyaosan（Danggui 9g,Shaoyao 30 g,Baizhu 12 g,Chuanxiong 9g,Zexie 15 g,Fuling 12g;edema plus Cheqianzi;yang deficiency induced by Hot plus Shengdihaung;Qiyinliangxu plus Taizishen,Sahnyao）,a/d,decoction 200 m L,sooner or later orally.60 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,24 h urine protein,serum albumin,triglycerides,total cholesterol,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Result]recovered 16 cases,15 cases markedly effective in 28 cases,9 cases,the total efficiency of 86.76%.Compared before and after treatment to improve blood indicators significantly（P〈0.01）.Improved lipid levels before and after treatment was significantly（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Dangguishaoyaosan spleen deficiency syndrome treatment of primary nephrotic satisfaction,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
