桃红四物汤熏洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变随机平行对照研究

Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Randomized Controlled Study Taohongsiwutang Fumigation Treatment

[目的]观察桃红四物汤熏洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将150例住院患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组75例甲钴胺片,0.5mg/次,3次/d。治疗组75例桃红四物汤(桃仁、红花、当归各15g,熟地20g,黄芪30g,桂枝12g,地龙、赤芍、川芎、牛膝、制乳香、没药、透骨草各20g,丹参、金银花各30g),1剂/d,水煎2000m L,药雾熏洗患肢,后浸泡1h,早晚各1次。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、神经病变症候评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效50例,有效23例,无效2例,总有效率97.33%。对照组显效45例,有效15例,无效15例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。神经病变症候评分两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]桃红四物汤熏洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe Taohongsiwutang Fumigation treatment efficacy on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.[Methods]Randomized,parallel controlled method,150 hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups craps method is simple.75 cases in the control group mecobalamin sheet,0.5mg/time,3 times/d.The treatment group 75 cases Taohongsiwutang（Taoren,Honghua,Danggui 15 g,Shudi 20 g,Huangqi 30 g,Guizhi 12 g,Dilong,Chishao,Chuanxiong,Niuxi,Zhiruxiang,Meiyao,Tougucao 20 g,Danshen,Jinyinhua each 30g）,1/d,decoction 2000 m L,drug fumigation limb fog after soaking 1h,sooner or later,the 1st.14 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,neuropathy symptom score,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 50 cases,effective in 23 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 97.33%.The control group 45 cases markedly effective in 15 cases,15 cases,the total efficiency of 80.00%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.01）.Neuropathy symptom scores improved in both groups（P〈0.01）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Taohongsiwutang Fumigation treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy results were satisfactory,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
