中药分阶段联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌42例临床观察

Chinese Segment Combination Chemotherapy in Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer of 42 Cases

[目的]观察中药分阶段联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计,将42例住院患者行西药治疗：NVB＋DDP,NVP剂量25mg/m^2,DDP剂量70-80mg/m^2。中药分阶段治疗：第1阶段,化疗时抗癌增效方（黄芪25g,麦冬12g,沙参10g,女贞子12g,白蚤休、石见穿各10g,浙贝母12g,天竺黄15g,当归8g,生牡蛎10g;口干舌燥加北沙参、天麦冬;腹泻加扁豆、淮山药;纳差加鸡内金、谷麦芽）,150m L/次,2次/d;第2阶段：化疗完成后,肺岩宁方（黄芪25g,蜂房、女贞子各15g,七叶一枝花12g,黄精10g,山慈菇10g;口干舌燥加北沙参、天麦冬;腹泻加扁豆、淮山药;纳差加鸡内金、谷麦芽）,150m L/次,2次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、CEA、VEGF、CYFRA21-1、不良反应。连续治疗5疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床控制0例,显效27例,有效9例,无效6例,总有效率85.71%。相关指标改善显著（P〈0.05）。[结论]中药分阶段联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the effect of segmentation combined with chemotherapy in advanced non-small cell lung cancer.[Methods]Using a prospective design,42 cases of hospitalized patients with western medicine： NVB＋DDP,NVP dose 25mg/m^2,DDP dose of 70-80mg/m^2.Chinese medicine treatment in stages： Stage 1,synergistic anticancer chemotherapy side（Huangqi 25 g,Maidong 12 g,Shashen 10 g,Nvzhenzi 12 g,Baisaoxiu,Shijianchuan 10 g,Zhebeimu12g,Tianzhuhuang 15 g,Danggui 8g,Shengmuli 10g;thirsty plus Beishashen,Tianmaidong;diarrhea lentils,Biandou,Huaishanyao;anorexia plus Jineijin,Gumaiya）,150 m L/times,2 times/d;s Phase 2： After completion of chemotherapy,Feiyanning（Huangqi 25 g,Fengfang,Nvzhenzi the 15 g,Qiyeyizhihua 12 g,Huangjing 10 g,Shancigu 10g;thirsty plus Beishashen,Tianmaidong;diarrhea lentils,Biandou,Huaishanyao;anorexia plus Jineijin,Guya）,150 m L/times,2 times/d;western medicine with the control group.10 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,CEA,VEGF,CYFRA21-1,adverse reactions.5 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]0 cases cured,effective in 27 cases,effective 9 cases,ineffective in 6cases,the total efficiency of 85.71%.Related indicators improved significantly（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]TCM segment combination chemotherapy in advanced non-small cell lung cancer were satisfactory,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
