补阳还五汤联合西药治疗脑梗死随机平行对照研究

Infarction Randomized Controlled Study Buyanghuanwu Tang combined Western Medicine

[目的]观察补阳还五汤联合西药治疗脑梗死疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组30例神经保护剂,脱水、抗凝降颅压等;恩必普,0.1g/次,3次/d。治疗组30例补阳还五汤(黄芪60g,地龙6g,红花、赤芍、当归、桃仁、川芎各10g;半身不遂重用桃仁;言语不清加石菖蒲、远志;意识模糊加冰片、郁金;口歪眼斜加白附子、僵蚕),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血液指标(红血胞积压、全血黏度、纤维蛋白原)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈20例,显效5例,有效4例,无效1例,总有效率96.67%。对照组痊愈12例,显效6例,有效4例,无效8例,总有效率73.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血液指标两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]补阳还五汤联合西药治疗脑梗死疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the decoction Buyanghuanwu cerebral infarction combined with western medicine.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,60 cases of hospitalized patients by flipping a coin method is simple randomized into two groups.30 patients neuroprotective agents,dehydration,anticoagul ation reducing the intracranial pressure and the like;NBP,0.1g/time,3 times/d.Treatment group of 30 patients Buyanghuanwu soup（Huangqi 60 g,Dilong 6g,Hongahu,Chishao,Danggui,Taoren,Chuanxiong 10g;hemiplegia add Taoren;slurred speech plus Shichangpu,Yuanzhi;confusion Bingpian,Yujin;oblique mouth crooked eye with Baifuzi,Jiangchan）,a/d,decoction 200 m L,sooner or later orally;Western medicine with the control group.15 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,blood indicators（red blood cells backlog,whole blood viscosity,fibrinogen） adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]20 cases were cured,5 cases markedly effective in 4 cases,1 case,the total efficiency of 96.67%.The control group cured 12 cases,effective in 6 cases,effective in 4 cases,8 cases,the total efficiency of 73.33%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Blood indicators improved in both groups（P〈0.05）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Buyanghuanwu decoction combined with western treatment of cerebral infarction Results were satisfactory,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
