加味逍遥胶囊联合舍曲林治疗轻中度抑郁症随机平行对照研究

Mild to Moderate Depression Randomized Controlled Study Jiawei Xiaoyao Capsules combined with Western Medicine

[目的]观察加味逍遥胶囊联合西药治疗轻中度抑郁症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将62例住院患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组31例舍曲林,1-4d 25mg/次,治疗5-56d,50mg/次,1次/d。治疗组31例加味逍遥胶囊,0.9g/次,2次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗56d为1疗程。观测临床症状、HAMD评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈1例,显效9例,有效18例,无效3例,总有效率90.32%。对照组痊愈0例,显效5例,有效16例,无效10例,总有效率67.74%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。HAMD评分两组均有改善（P〈0.01）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]加味逍遥胶囊联合西药治疗轻中度抑郁症疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the Xiaoyao capsules combined with western therapeutic effect of mild to moderate depression.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,62 cases of hospitalized patients by disease Zhi No.lottery method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.The control group 31 cases of sertraline,1-4d 25mg/times,treatment 5-56d 50mg/times,1 times/d.The treatment group 31 cases Happy flavored capsules,0.9g/times,2 times/d;Western medicine with the control group.56 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,HAMD score,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure one case,9 cases,effective in 18 cases,3 cases,the total efficiency of 90.32%.Healed 0 cases in the control group,5 cases markedly effective in 16 cases,10 cases,the total efficiency of 67.74%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.HAMD scores improved in both groups（P〈0.01）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Xiaoyao capsules combined with western medicine treatment of mild to moderate depression were satisfactory,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
