半夏厚朴汤合理气化湿方联合西药治疗肝胃不和型慢性胃炎胃动力减缓随机平行对照研究

Banxiahoupu Reasonable Liqihuashi Soup combined with Western Medicine Side Disharmony and Chronic Gastritis Gastric Motility Slows Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察半夏厚朴汤合理气化湿方联合西药治疗肝胃不和型慢性胃炎胃动力减缓疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将68例门诊患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组34例多潘立酮,10mg/次,3次/d。治疗组34例半夏厚朴汤合理气化湿方(厚朴12g,枳实10g,干姜5g,黄连12g,麦芽10g,神曲8g,甘草10g,茯苓15g,白术10g,半夏8g,丹参5g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、胃黏膜、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈26例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率94.12%。对照组痊愈18例,有效5例,无效11例,总有效率67.65%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]半夏厚朴汤合理气化湿方联合西药治疗肝胃不和型慢性胃炎胃动力减缓疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe Banxiahoupu Reasonable Liqihuashi Soup combined with western medicine side disharmony and chronic gastritis,gastric motility slowing effect.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,68 outpatients by disease Zhi No.lottery method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.More than 34 cases in the control group domperidone,10mg/time,3 times/d.Treatment group,34 patients Banxiahoupu reasonable gasification wet side （Houpu 12g,Zhishi 10g,Ganjaing 5g,Huanglian 12g,Maiya 10g,Shenqu 8g,Gancao 10g,Fuling 15g,Baizhu 10g,Banxai 8g,Danshen 5g）,1/d,decoction 200mL,sooner or later orally;Western medicine with the control group.15d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,gastric,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure in 26 cases,effective in 6 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 94.12%.The control group cured 18 cases,effective in 5 eases,11 cases,the total efficiency of 67.65%.Treatment group than the control group （P〈0.01）.[Conclusion] Banxiahoupu Reasonable Liqihuashi Soup c combined with western medicine side disharmony and chronic gastritis,gastric motility mitigation results were satisfactory,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
