托里消毒散联合光疗治疗女性痤疮随机平行对照研究

Torrey Disinfection Powder Combined Phototherapy Acne in Women Randomized Parallel Group Study Treatment

[目的]观察托里消毒散联合光疗治疗女性痤疮疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将50例门诊患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。红蓝光照射,第1-2周,蓝光20min/次,红光10min,2次/7d;第3-4周,蓝光15min,红光15min,2次/7d;第4-6周,红光20min,1次/7d。对照组23例米诺环素,50mg/次,早晚口服。治疗组27例托里消毒散（生黄芪20g,生白术10g,党参15g,茯苓、当归各10g,川芎12g,赤芍15g,野菊花30g,皂刺15g,金银花30g,白芷、甘草各10g,益母草30g;脓包加蒲公英、地丁各30g;大便干加大黄6g,芒硝10g;硬结加夏枯草10g,浙贝母15g;面部油腻加蛇舌草、虎杖各30g;色素沉着或瘢痕加三棱、桃仁各10g;治疗前2周加生薏苡仁40g,第3-4周加丹参20g,第5-6周加重生黄芪30g）;1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚温服。连续治疗42d为1疗程。观测临床症状、皮损、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈12例,显效10例,有效4例,无效1例,总有效率96.30%。对照组痊愈4例,显效5例,有效8例,无效6例,总有效率73.91%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]托里消毒散联合光疗治疗女性痤疮疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the tory disinfection powder combined phototherapy treatment of women with acne treatment.[Methods]randomized,parallel controlled method,50 outpatients simply by flipping a coin law randomly divided into two groups.Illuminated red and blue,1 to 2 weeks,blue 20min/times,red 10 min,2 times/7d;3 to 4 weeks,blue 15 min,red 15 min,2 times/7d;4 to 6 weeks,red 20 min,1 times/7d.The control group of 23 patients minocycline,50mg/times,sooner or later orally.Torrey disinfection treatment group of 27 cases scattered（Shenghuangqi 20 g,Shengbaizhu 10 g,Dangshen 15 g,Fuling,Danggui 10 g,Chuanxiong 12 g,Chishao 15 g,Yejuhua 30 g,Zaoci 15 g,Jinyinhua 30 g,Baizhi,Gancao 10 g,Yimucao 30g;pustule plus Pugongying,Diding 30g;dry stool increase Dahuang 6g,Mangxiao 10g;induration plus Xiakucao 10 g,Zhebeimu 15g;face greasy plus Sheshecao,Huzhang each 30g;pigmentation or scarring plus Sanleng,Taoren 10g;2 weeks before treatment with raw Yiyiren 40 g,3 to 4 weeks Danshen 20 g,5 to 6 weeks aggravated Shenghuangqi 30g）;1/ d,decoction 200 m L,morning and evening,warm clothes.42 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,serum markers,skin lesions,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure 12 cases,10 cases markedly effective in 4 cases,1 case,the total efficiency of 96.30%.The control group recovered four cases,effective in 5 cases,8 cases,6 cases,the total efficiency of 73.91%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Serum index improved in both groups（P〈0.01）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Torrey disinfection powder combined treatment satisfaction female acne phototherapy effect,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
