半夏白术天麻汤联合西药治疗痰浊中阻型椎基底动脉供血不足随机平行对照研究

Banxiabaizhutianma Decoction combined with Western Medicine Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察半夏白术天麻汤联合西药治疗痰浊中阻型椎基底动脉供血不足疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将76例门诊患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组38例阿司匹林,0.1g/次,1次/d;地芬尼多,25mg/次,3次/d。治疗组38例半夏白术天麻汤(茯苓20g,白术15g,炙半夏、天麻、橘红各10g;眩晕、呕吐严重加代赭石30g,胆南星10g,旋覆花15g,竹茄10g;耳鸣重听加石菖蒲、远志各12g;脘腹不畅加三仙、砂仁各10g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、基底动脉、右椎动脉、左椎动脉、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈18例,显效14例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率94.74%。对照组痊愈9例,显效11例,有效8例,无效10例,总有效率73.68%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。相关指标两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]半夏白术天麻汤联合西药治疗痰浊中阻型椎基底动脉供血不足疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe Banxiabaizhutianma soup combined with Western medicine treatment of vertebral basilar insufficiency treatment.[Methods]randomized,parallel controlled method,76 outpatients simply by flipping a coin law randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 38 patients with aspirin,0.1g/second,1/d;difenidol,25mg/time,3 times/d.The treatment group 38 cases Banxiabaizhutianma soup（Fuling 20 g,Baizhu 15 g,Zhibanxia,Tianma,Juhong each 10g;dizziness,severe vomiting,plus Daizheshi 30 g,Dannanxing 10 g,Xuanfuhua 15 g,Zhuru 10g;tinnitus and hearing loss plus Shichangpu,Yuanzhi each 12g;abdominal poor plus Sanxian,Sharen 10g）,1/d,decoction 200 m L,sooner or later orally;western medicine with the control group.14 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,basilar artery,the right vertebral artery,left vertebral artery,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure 18 cases,14 cases markedly effective in 4 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 94.74%.The control group cured in 9 cases,11 cases markedly effective in 8 cases,10 cases,the total efficiency of 73.68%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Related indicators improved in both groups（P〈0.01）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Banxiabaizhutianma decoction combined with western medicine vertebrobasilar insufficiency were satisfactory,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
