壮医药线点灸联合敷脐治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫随机平行对照研究

Diabetic Gastroparesis Randomized Controlled Study of Zhuang Medicine Medicated Thread Moxibustion Therapy combined with Umbilical

[目的]观察壮医药线点灸联合敷脐治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。饮食,运动,控制血糖、血压。对照组50例吗叮啉,10mg/次,3次/d,餐前30min口服。治疗组50例壮医药线点灸:酒精灯、壮医药线,分3组穴位:四肢部穴位:双侧之内关、公孙及足三里、上巨虚、下巨虚;腹部穴位:上脘、中脘、下脘、气海及双侧天枢;背部穴位:双侧之肝俞、胆俞、脾俞、胃俞、大肠俞;轮流使用,1组/d;2号药线(直径0.7mm)点灸,3壮/穴,1次/d。中药敷脐(黄芪、茯苓各20g,山药、丹参各15g,砂仁、木香、肉桂、高良姜、莪术、花粉、葛根、苍术、半夏、甘草各5g),研末置布袋,敷脐,热敷30min/次,早中晚各一次。2组均以两周为一疗程,共观察2个疗程后统计疗效。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、症状积分、FBG、PBG、MOT、SS、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床控制22例,显效14例,有效12例,无效2例,总有效率96.00%。对照组临床控制12例,显效13例,有效17例,无效8例,总有效率84.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。相关指标两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。症状积分两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]壮医药线点灸联合敷脐治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the Zhuang medicine medicated thread moxibustion treatment of diabetic gastroparesis joint Umbilical effect.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,100 patients were hospitalized method is simple coin toss randomized into two groups.Diet,exercise,control blood sugar,blood pressure.The control group of 50 patients domperidone,10mg/time,3 times/d,orally 30 min before a meal.Treatment group of 50 patients Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion： alcohol lamp,Zhuang medication.Three groups of points： four limbs points： Neiguan bilateral,the Kung and the full three years,on the giant virtual,under the giant virtual;abdomen points： Shang Wan,in the abdominal,lower abdominal,air sea and bilateral Tianshu;back point ： bilateral liver Yu,the gall Yu,spleen,stomach Yu,colon Yu;take turns using,1/d;2 drugs wire（diameter 0.7mm） point moxibustion three strong/well,1 times/d.Umbilical medicine（Huangqi,Fuling 20 g,Shanyao,Danshen 15 g,Sh aren,Muxiang,Rougui,Gaolaingjaing,E＇zhu,Huafen,Gegen,Cangzhu,Banxia,Gancao 5g）,powder set bag,Umbilical,heat 30min/times,once early in the evening.2 groups were two weeks of treatment,a total statistical effect was observed after 2 courses.14 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,symptom score,FBG/PBG,MOT,SS,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of 2 courses,to determine efficacy.[Results]Control treatment group,22 cases were cured 14 cases,effective in 12 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 96.00%.Clinical control group 12 cases,13 cases were markedly effective in 17 cases,8 cases,the total efficiency of 84.00%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Related indicators improved in both groups（P〈0.01）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.01）.Symptom scores improved in both groups（P〈0.01）,treatment group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Medicated thread moxibustion combined umbilical diabetes treatment satisfaction paresis stomach effect,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
