膳食护理、情志护理、按摩、耳穴压豆治疗骨折卧床排尿困难74例临床观察

[目的]观察膳食护理、情志护理、按摩、耳穴压豆治疗骨折卧床排尿困难疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对74例住院患者膳食护理：药膳粥（红枣、生薏仁、淮山药、白术、粳米）,白萝卜、柑橘等、禁食辛辣刺激油腻食物;戒烟禁酒,无高血压、心脏病、肾衰等原发病鼓励大量饮水,〉2000m L/d;情志护理：细心观察,及时发现情志变化,主动、耐心与患者交流,消除紧张焦虑情绪,鼓励其配合治疗,适当心理疏导,保持被褥整洁,及时更换污染衣物;按摩：利尿穴推拿,平卧,手掌顺时针按摩小腹,速度中等,5min/次,1次/d;指腹按揉气海、中极、关元穴、三阴交穴,每穴位30s;手掌按摩股内侧,力度中等,5min/次,1次/d;耳穴压豆：三焦、膀胱、肾、尿道四穴,王不留行籽,自行按压,力度以稍感胀痛为宜,5min/次,3-5次/d;。连续护理7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。护理1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]显效32例,有效27例,无效15例,总有效率79.73%。[结论]膳食护理、情志护理、按摩、耳穴压豆治疗骨折卧床排尿困难疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the dietary care,emotional care,massage,ear bean paste method of treatment of fractures of bed dysuria effect.[Methods]randomized,parallel controlled method,74 cases of hospitalized patients by dietary treatments：Diet porridge,Hongzao,Shengyiren,Huaishanyao,Baizhu,Jengmi and other qi Yiyang;white radish,citrus and other smooth qi,fasting spicy greasy food,smoking prohibition,without high blood pressure,heart disease,kidney failure and other primary disease can encourage their drink lots of water daily water intake2000ml;massage： massage bed to Diuretic cave,lying,palm clockwise massage lower abdomen,speed medium,5min/times;pulp rubbing air sea,in a very,Guanyuan,Sanyinjiao,each point 30s;medial hand massage unit,medium intensity,5min/second,1/d;auricular seed bean method： triple burner,bladder,kidney,urethra four points,Vaccaria seed placed on small pieces of tape affixed to the ear of the above,own press,efforts to find a little pain is appropriate,5min/time,3 to 5 times/d;emotional care：careful observation,to detect emotional changes,initiative,patience with patients,the elimination of nervous anxiety,encouraged with treatment,appropriate psychological counseling,to keep bedding clean,timely replacement of contaminated clothing.Continuous Care 7d for a course.Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reactions.Nursing course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]32 cases markedly effective in 27 cases,15 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 79.73%.[Conclusion]dietary care,emotional care,massage,ear bean paste method of treatment of fractures in ambulatory patients dysuria Results were satisfactory,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
