清宁汤治疗2型糖尿病(气阴两虚证)合并高脂血随机平行对照研究

Qingning Soup Treated Yin Deficiency Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Hyperlipidemia Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察清宁汤治疗2型糖尿病(气阴两虚证)合并高脂血疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊及住院患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组50例调脂汤(黄芪40g,首乌15g,葛根10g,水蛭10g,白术15g,山楂20g,半夏、甘草各10g,草决明30g),1剂/d,水煎150m L,早晚口服。治疗组50例清宁汤(黄芪25g,人参、大黄各10g,生地、当归、麦冬、丹参各15g,红花10g),1剂/d,水煎150m L,早晚口服。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、Hb A1c、FBG、P2h BG、TG、TC、HDL-C、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效26例,有效20例,无效4例,总有效率92.00%。对照组显效24例,有效14例,无效12例,总有效率76.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血液指标两组均有改善(P<0.01),P2h BG指标治疗组对照组无显著差异(P>0.01),其余指标治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。[结论]清宁汤治疗2型糖尿病(气阴两虚证)合并高脂血症疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the Qing Ning Qi and Yin Treated Type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia effect.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,100 outpatients and inpatients dice law by simple random into two groups.50 controls were Tiaozhi soup（Huangqi 40g,Shouwu 15g,Gegen 10g,Shuizhi 10g,Baizhu 15g,Shanzha 20g,Banxai,Gancao 10g,Caojueming 30g）, 1/d,decoction 150mL,sooner or later oral. Treatment group of 50 patients Qingning soup（Huangqi 25g,Renshen,Dahuang 10g,Shengdi,Danggui,Maid ong,Danshen 15g,Honghua 10g）,l/d,decoction 150mL,sooncr or later orally.30d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,HbAlc,FBG,P2hBG,TG,TC,HDL-C,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The treatment group 26 cases,effective in 20 cases,4 cases,the total efficiency of 92.00%.The control group 24 cases markedly effective in 14 cases,12 cases,the total efficiency of 76.00%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Blood indicators improved in both groups（P 〈0.05）,no significant difference（P2hBG index treatment control groups P〉O.05）,the other indicators improved treatment group than the control group（P〈O.O5）.[Conclusion]Qing Ning Qi Treated Type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia results were satisfactory,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
