四逆散保留灌肠联合润肠丸治疗肺源性心脏病兼便秘随机平行对照研究

Sini Retention Enema combined with Pulmonary Heart Disease Treated Intestines and Constipation Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察四逆散保留灌肠联合润肠丸治疗肺源性心脏病兼便秘疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将100例住院患者按病志号抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组50例润肠丸，6~9g/次，1~2次/d。治疗组50例四逆散保留灌肠（白芍30~50g，白头翁、黄柏、白及各30g，地榆、白矾、苦参、柴胡各20g，枳实15g，甘草炙10g；饮食积滞加二芽炒；失眠多梦、烦躁不安加夜交藤、合欢皮；腹痛加延胡索、姜黄），1剂/d，水煎200mL，药液温度控制在37~40℃，肛管插入深度25~35cm，点滴法灌肠，滴速30滴/min，1次/d；润肠丸治疗同对照组。连续治疗8d为1疗程。观测临床症状、症状积分、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程，判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效30例，有效16例，无效4例，总有效率92.00%。对照组显效18例，有效20例，无效12例，总有效率76.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05）。症状积分两组均有改善（P＜0.05），治疗组改善优于对照组（P＜0.05）。[结论]四逆散保留灌肠联合润肠丸治疗肺源性心脏病兼便秘疗效满意，无严重不良反应，值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the intestines Pills Sini retention enema Cor constipation effect.[Methods] randomized,parallel controlled method,100 Inpatients by disease Zhi No.lottery method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 50 patients relax pills,6-9g/times, 1 to 2 times/d.Treatment group of 50 patients Sini retention enema（Baishao 30-50g,Baitouwong,Huangbai,Baiji 30g,Diyu,Baifan,Kushen,Chaihu 20g,Zhishi 15g,Gancao 10g;food stagnation plus Chaoerya;insomnia,irritability Yejiaoteng,Hehaunpi;abdominal pain plus Yanhusuo,Jianghuang）,a/d,decoction 200mL,liquid temperature control in 37-40℃,anal insertion depth of 25-35cm,drip enema,drip 30 drops/min, l times/d.8d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,symptom scores,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of 2 courses,to determine efficacy. [Results]The treatment group 30 eases,effective in 16 cases,4 eases,the total effleieney of 92.00%.The control group 18 cases markedly effective in 20 cases,12 cases,the total efficiency of 76.00%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Symptom scores improved in both groups（P〈0.05）,treatment group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Runchang Pills Sini retention enema Cor constipation results were satisfactory,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
