摘要
大多数糖尿病患者不同程度出现各种心理障碍,影响血糖控制。情志因素可导致和加重糖尿病,糖尿病又可加重心理障碍,形成恶性循环,造成治疗上的困难。调畅情志,饮食有节,劳逸适度才可能预防糖尿病。心理治疗配合药物治疗才能较好的控制血糖,预防糖尿病并发症,提高患者生活质量。
Most patients with diabetes appear to varying degrees of various psychological disorders,affect blood sugar control.Emotional factors can cause and aggravate diabetes,diabetes can also increase the psychological barriers,creating a vicious cycle,resulting in difficulties on treatment.Regulating Emotions,Diet,work and rest appropriately it may prevent diabetes.Psychotherapy with drug treatment to better control blood sugar and prevent diabetes complications and improve quality of life for patients.
