益气消征方联合对症支持治疗改善晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生存质量随机平行对照研究

Yiqi Xiaozheng Syndrome combined with Symptomatic Treatment in Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Patients Survival Qualityrandomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察益气消征方联合对症支持治疗改善晚期非小细胞肺癌生患者存质量疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院及门诊患者按信封方法简单随机分为两组。对照组30例对症支持治疗。治疗组30例益气消征方,2次/d,150m L/次,口服;支持治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、无进展生存期、生存质量、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]生存质量评分治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01),无进展生存期治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益气消征方治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the effect of Yiqi Xiaozheng Syndrome combined with Symptomatic Treatment in Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Patients Survival Qualityrandomized.[Method]Using random parallel control method,60 cases of inpatient and outpatient according to the envelope method were randomly divided into two groups.The control group consisted of 30 cases of symptomatic supportive care.The treatment group of 30 cases of Yiqi Xiaozheng Decoction,2 times/ d,150mL/times,oral;supporttreatment with the control group.14d continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,progression free survival, quality of life,KPS score, adverse reaction.2 course of treatment to determine efficacy.[Results]Quality of life score of treatment group was significantly better than the control group （P〈O.O 1）,progression free survival in the treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）cough.[Conclusion]Yiqi Xiaozheng Decoction prescription in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer,the curative effect is satisfied,no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
