新型撳针联合低频电刺激治疗脊髓损伤后感觉功能障碍多中心随机平行对照研究

The New Needle combined with Low Electrical Stimulation in Treatment of Spinal Cord Injury's Sensory Dysfunction Multicenter Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察新型撳针联合低频电刺激治疗脊髓损伤后感觉功能障碍疗效。[方法]使用多中心随机平行对照方法，将32例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分两组；抗感染、神经营养等。对照组16例低频电刺激，电脉冲频50Hz，电流强度根据患者主观感觉，以最大耐受程度确定，＜50mA，20min/次，1次/d。治疗组16例根据患者胖瘦选用撳针型号，一般躯干部0.3~0.9，腹部0.9~1.5，四肢选用0.6~1.2，根据相应脊髓神经支配区域，取受损脊髓节段上、下端督脉经穴及夹脊穴，上肢瘫痪加肩臑、臂偶、曲池、外关、手三里、合谷等穴，下肢瘫痪加髀关、伏兔、足三里、阳陵泉、三阴交、太溪、太冲等穴，大小便障碍加肾俞、次髎、膀胱俞、气海、关元等穴等进行撳针埋针治疗，1换/d；低频电刺激同对照组。连续治疗5d为1疗程。观测临床症状、ASIA伤损分级、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程，判定疗效。[结果]临床疗效治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。[结论]新型撳针联合低频电刺激治疗脊髓损伤后感觉功能障碍，疗效满意，无严重不良反应，值得推广。

Fifteen days a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, ASIA damage grade, adverse reaction. 3 course of treatment, continuous treatment to determine efficacy. [Results] The clinical curative effect of the treatment group is better than the control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The new needle combined with electrical stimulation in the treatment of spinal cord injury＇ s sensory dysfunction, satisfactory curative effect, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
