浮针联合电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症随机平行对照研究

Floating-Needle Acupuncture Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察浮针联合电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将85例门诊及住院患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组40例电针，同一组输出线连接痛点两边针柄，选疏密波、低频率，据耐受程度选择不同电流强度，留针30min/次，1次/d。治疗组45例浮针，俯卧，消毒，0.35mm×50mm毫针呈垂直角度痛点进针，痛点附近6~8cm进针2次，进针部位连成一条直线，约直达肌层，再继续推进约3cm，避开瘢痕、结节、破损及浅表血管、无关节（除足部之外）部位；胶布将针座贴敷皮肤留针30min，隔日一次；电针治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、症状积分、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程，判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈20例，显效16例，有效8例，无效1例，总有效率97.78%。对照组痊愈14例，显效10例，有效7例，无效9例，总有效率77.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P＜0.01）。症状积分两组均有改善（P＜0.01），治疗组改善优于对照组（P＜0.01）。[结论]浮针联合电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效满意，无严重不良反应，值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the joint float Needle acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation. [Methods]randomized,parallel controlled method,85 outpatients and inpatients dice law by simple random into two groups.EA control group of 40 patients,the same set of output lines connected to pain points on both sides of the needle handle,select density wave,low frequency,according to choose different amperage tolerance,the needle 30min/times,1 times/d.Treatment group of 45 patients acupuncture needle floating,prone,disinfection,0 .35mm x 50mm needle in a vertical angle of the needle pain points,pain points near 6-Sam needle twice,the needle parts together into a straight line,about direct muscle,and then continue advance about 3em,avoid scar,nodules,and superficial vascular damage,no joints（except for the feet） site;tape sticking the needle seat skin needle 30min,every other day;electro-acupuncture with the control group. 10d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,symptom scores,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of 2 courses,to determine effieaey.[Results]The cure 20 cases,16 cases markedly effective in 8 cases,one case,the total efficiency of 97.78%.The control group cured 14 cases,10 cases markedly effective in 7 cases,9 cases,the total efficiency of 77.50%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.01）.Symptom scores improved in both groups（P〈0.01）,treatment group was better than that in the control group（P〈O.O1）.[Conclusion]EA joint float needle acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation were satisfactory,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
