摘要
[目的]观察调补任督针刺治疗脑卒中后尿失禁疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊及住院患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。对照组30例针刺：中极、膀胱俞、三阴交,肾气不足加肾俞;尿频加百会;毫针刺,补泻兼施;30min/次,1次/d。治疗组30例调补任督针刺：百会、关元、气海、内关、人中;肾虚加复溜;脾肾阳不足加复溜、足三里;肺脾气虚加膻中、中脘;毫针刺,关元、气海直刺1~1.5寸,内关捻转补泻法;人中雀啄泻法,以眼球湿润为度;其它各穴补泻兼施;采用呼吸补法,令酸胀感放射至会阴部,30min/次,1次/d。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、ICI-Q-SF评分、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈15例,有效13例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。对照组痊愈12例,有效10例,无效8例,总有效率73.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]调补任督针刺治疗脑卒中后尿失禁疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe tune up Rendu Acupuncture urinary incontinence after stroke.[Methods] Randomized parallel controlled method 60 eases of outpatient and inpatient treatment order number method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.30 patients acupuncture： the pole,bladder Yu,Sanyinjiao,insuffieient kidney plus Shenshu;frequent tLrination plus Baihui;acupuncture cents,up reducing and carrot;30min/times, 1 times/d.Treatment group of 30 patients tune up Rendu acupuncture： Baihui,Guan Yuan,air sea, the customs,people;kidney plus double slide;spleen and kidney yang deficiency plus double slide,the full three years;DLS plus the smell of mutton,Zhongwan;acupuncture cents,Guan Yuan,air sea piercing the I to 1.5 inches,the customs twirling reinforcement-reduction method;reducing method among bird pecking order for the degree of eye moist;diarrhea and other facilities complement each hole;use breathing fill method,make soreness radiation to the perineum,30min/times,1 times/d. 14d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,ICI-Q-SF score,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of 2 courses,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure 15 cases,effective in 13 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 93.33%.The control group cured 12 cases,10 cases,8 cases,the total efficiency of 73.33%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Acupuncture tune up Rendu satisfaction urinary incontinence after stroke,no side effects,worthy of promotion.
