珍葡异黄酮胶囊祛黄褐斑功能的人体试食研究

Human feeding research on the dispelling chloasma effect of Zhenpu isoflavone capsule

目的研究珍葡异黄酮胶囊的祛黄褐斑作用。方法选择120例黄褐斑女性患者,按受试者的黄褐斑颜色、面积,分为试食组和对照组。试食组服用珍葡异黄酮胶囊,每次2粒,每日2次,对照组采用空白对照,连续服用30 d,比较受试者试食前后黄褐斑面积大小和颜色深浅变化,以及血液常规和血液生化等指标的变化。结果试食组黄褐斑面积下降(834±348)mm2,颜色明显变浅,颜色积分降低(0.72±0.45)度,总有效率达86.17%,试食组试食前后自身比较及与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01),且未产生新的黄褐斑。试食前后受试者各项指标均在正常范围,未见到不良反应和过敏反应症状。结论珍葡异黄酮胶囊具有祛黄褐斑作用,且对人体健康无不良影响。

Objective To study the dispelling effect of Zhenpu isoflavone capsule on chloasma. Methods 120 female chloas- ma patients were divided into the test group and the control group randomly according to the area and color of chloasma. The test group was given Zhenpu isoflavone capsule for 30 days, 2 capsules once, 2 times a day, while the control group was just as blank. Compare the changes of area and color of chloasma, urine regulation and blood biochemical indexes. Results The area of chloasma of tested patients diminished with （834 ± 348 ） mm2, the color of chloasma diminished with （0.72 ± 0.45 ） degree, and the total efficiency rate was up to 86.17%. There was statistical significance on the difference in area and color of chloasma between prior to and after the experiment （ P 〈 0.01 ）. And no new chloasma appeared. The indexes were showed within the normal range, and there was no adverse effects and allergy symptoms. Conclusion The capsule has function of dispelling chloasma, and no obviously adverse health effects.
