无色素面粉助沉淀-高效液相色谱法同时测定糕点中的6种合成色素 被引量:3

Simultaneous determination of six synthetic pigments in cakes by HPLC with no pigment flour assisting deposition

摘要 目的建立一种采用聚酰胺粉吸附离心预处理-高效液相色谱法同时测定糕点中的柠檬黄、诱惑红、亮蓝、胭脂红、苋菜红、日落黄6种色素的方法。方法样品采用聚酰胺粉吸附、无色素面粉助沉淀、离心净化,高效液相色谱分析。色谱条件:以甲醇-乙酸铵溶液为流动相,采用梯度洗脱程序,二极管阵列检测器检测。结果 6种合成色素在0.5μg/ml^50.0μg/ml时线性关系良好,相关系数≥0.999 8,检出限为0.035 mg/kg^0.060 mg/kg,样品加标回收率为81.0%~97.9%,RSD为1.9%~8.4%。结论本方法简便快速、灵敏度、准确度高、重现性好、检出限低,并且能够有效的节省时间和试剂,适用于糕点中多种合成色素的同时测定。 Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method with polyamide powder adsorption centrif- ugal pretreatment for the simultaneous determination of six pigments (lemon yellow, red temptation, light blue, carmine, ama- ranth and sunset yellow) in cakes. Methods After polyamide powder adsorption, no pigment sedimentation flour assisting dep- osition and centrifugal purification, the samples were analyzed using high performance liquid chromatography. Chromatographic conditions: methanol- ammonium acetate as the mobile phase, gradient elution procedure, diode array detector (DAD). Re- suits Six synthetic pigments had good linear relationship in 0.5μg/ml - 50.0μg/ml with r ≥0. 999 8, the detection limits were 0. 035 mg/kg - 0. 060 mg/kg and the additive recovery rate of samples were 81.0% - 97.9% and RSD was 1.9% - 8.4%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, sensitive, accurate, reproducible, with low detection limit, and can effec- tively save time and reagents for the determination of a variety of synthetic pigments in cakes.
