先天性心脏病患儿血清ghrelin与BMI相关性分析 被引量:2

Analysis of the correlation between serum ghrelin and BMI in children with congenital heart disease

摘要 目的检测先天性心脏病(CHD)患儿血清胃饥饿素(ghrelin)水平,并探讨其与BMI的关系。方法收集本院心脏诊疗中心2012年1月-2014年2月CHD组182例CHD患儿及同期100例健康体检儿童血清,同时计算体质量指数(BMI)。比较2组人群血清ghrelin和BMI水平,并进行相关性分析。结果 CHD组患儿血清ghrelin显著高于对照组(37.1 ng/ml±16.8 ng/ml vs 7.8 ng/ml±2.3 ng/ml),而BMI水平明显减低(19.5 kg/m2±5.3 kg/m2vs 24.3 kg/m2±2.5 kg/m2),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且CHD患儿的血清ghrelin与BMI呈负相关(r=-0.613,P<0.001)。结论 CHD患儿血清中ghrelin水平明显增高,且与BMI呈反比,提示高水平血清ghrelin与CHD患儿生长延迟密切相关。 Objective To investigate the serum ghrelin level in children with congenital heart disease (CHD) and its relation- ship with body mass index(BMI). Methods Serum was collected from 182 children with CHD (the CHD group) from diagnosis and treatment center of congenital heart disease from January 2011 to February 2014 and the serum of 100 health examination children(the control group) in the same period while the body mass index(BMI) were calculated. The serum levels of ghrelin and BMI of 2 groups were compared and their correlation was analyzed. Results The level of ghrelin in the group of CHD was significantly higher than that in the control group (37.1 ng/ml ± 16.8 ng/ml vs 7.8 ng/ml ± 2.3 ng/ml) while BMI was significantly lower (19.5 kg/m2 ± 5.3 kg/m2 vs 24.3 kg/m2 ± 2.5 kg/m2) and the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.01 ) ,and serum ghrelin in children with CHD was negatively correlated with BMI ( r = - 0. 613, P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion The serum level of ghrelin in children with CHD is significantly higher, and is inversely proportional to BMI, which suggests that the high level of serum ghrelin may be related closely to the CHD children growth retardation.
