摘要
目的本研究通过检测磷酸化STAT3和MAPK在皮肤鳞状细胞癌(SCC)和正常皮肤组织中表达情况,探讨磷酸化STAT3和MAPK在SCC发生发展中的作用及机制。方法采用免疫组化技术检测30例皮肤鳞癌组织及10例正常皮肤组织的p-STAT3和p-MAPK表达情况,并以正常皮肤组织作为对照,同时分析两者之间的关系。结果 SCC癌组织中p-STAT3染色阳性率为86.67%,而正常皮肤组织染色阳性率为0.00%,显著低于SCC组织;p-MAPK在正常组织及SCC组织中阳性率分别为0.00%和13.33%,差异无统计学意义。结论 STAT3的磷酸化在SCC发生发展过程中起到重要作用,STAT3的过度激活可能导致SCC中肿瘤细胞的持续增殖,而p-MAPK无此明显作用。
Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of phosphorylated STAT3 and MARK phosphorylation expression in the development of skin squamous cell carcinoma by detecting the phosphorylated STAT3 and MARK phosphorylation expres- sion of skin squamous cell carcinoma and normal skin tissues. Methods Skin sqnamous cell carcinoma specimens were col- lected from 30 patients and normal skin tissues were collected from 10 normal skin tissues as controls. Immunohistochemistry technique was employed to detect the expression of p - STAT3 and p - MAPK in SCC and analyzed the relations between them at the same time with normal skin tissues as control. Results The positive rate of p - STA33 was 86.67% in skin SCC carcinoma tissues, while the positive rate of normal skin tissue was 0.00%, which was significantly lower than that of SCC ; the positive rates of p - MAPK in normal tissues and SCC tissues were 0.00% and 13.33% respectively. The difference had no statistical significance. Conclusion Phosphorylation STAT3 plays an important role in the development of SCC. The over - activation of STAT3 may result in persistent proliferation of these tumor cells in SCC while p - MAPK has no obvious effect of this kind.
