磁共振成像对心房颤动患者左心房容积和功能的评估

摘要
心房颤动(atrial fibrillation,AF)是最常见的快速心律失常,有着极高发病率和病死率[1]。AF的发生机制非常复杂,目前的研究表明,心房电重构和结构重构是AF发生和持续的核心环节,它们相互结合,共同构成了AF的电生理——解剖学基础[2]。射频导管消融术(RFCA)是目前开展的有效的AF治疗手段之一[3]。
