海南国际旅游岛建设的新思路——浅析海南“蓝绿互动”与“陆海统筹”发展思路

随着国家"一路一带"战略的逐步确立,海南国际旅游岛建设迎来了新的发展机遇。目前海南国际旅游岛建设时间已经过半,面对新的国际国内形势,国际旅游岛建设形势紧迫。为能够在2020年顺利完成国际旅游岛建设的目标,我们应当基于当前建设中出现的问题与整体大环境的机遇,调整原有的发展思路,在"蓝绿互动"和"陆海统筹"发展思路的指导下,在目标定位、路径选择、动力支持等方面不断注入活力与动力,各产业做出适应性调整,使陆上经济与海洋经济协同发展,为海南建设提供双动力,早日达成建设目标。

Yet,with the establishment of the strategy＂One Belt And One Road＂,the construction of HAINAN International Tourism Island meets a whole new opportunity.ln orderto bring it to success,we have to adjust the inherent train of thought. Under the conduct of ＂Interaction of Blue and Green＇and ＂Coordinate the Development of the Sea and the Land＂,we should update the target location, the selection of routes and the support of motive powerCorrespondingly,the industrial structure needs to be regulated.Only in this way can we succeed as soon as possible.
