摘要
随着我国金融领域的逐步开放,越来越多的境外金融机构包括外国银行进入我国金融市场,加剧了本来已经非常激烈的银行业竞争。随着竞争水平的不断提升,对银行的企业管理尤其是公司治理提出了更高要求。本文论述了已有的银行治理研究成果,在结合银行自身特性的基础上,使用近几年的上市银行数据,探析治理因素与银行绩效的关系,尝试为改善银行公司治理从而提高我国银行效益提出有益的建议。
With the financial field of China opening gradually, more and more oversea financial organizations including foreign banks entering into financial market of China enhances the intense competition of bank industry again. Rising competition asks higher requ party stud rements for bank＇s management especially its com- governance. This article describes the former es on bank governance and studies the relation between company governance and bank performance based on the listed bank data of recent year by combining the company governance with bank characters. Finally this article tries to come up with some effective advices to improve bank performance of China by enhancing bank governance.
