日本的护理保险制度对中国的启示

随着经济的发展,各国相继进入老龄化社会,老年人的长期护理成为共同关注的话题。为了应对人口老龄化带来的老年护理需求不断增长的问题,日本政府于1997年通过了《护理保险法》,并于2000年正式实施,其间进行了三次改革,使护理保险制度有效运行。作为同属亚洲国家的日本和中国,在人口老龄化进程中具有很多的相似性,本文通过对日本护理保险制度的分析介绍,为我国发展护理保险制度寻求借鉴。

With the development of economy,many coun tries have entered the aging society, long-term care of the elderly has become a common topic of concern. In response to the rapid population growth of demand for aging care.the Japanese government in 1997 passed the Care Insurance Law＂and ir 2000 it began so formal im- plementation.During which three reforms were made in order to make effective operation of care insurance systems.Japan and China both as Asia countries have a great similarity in terms of traditional culture, the aging process and so on. For our country there is a strong reference from their problems and problem-solving perspectives and approaches. This presentation is seeking benefits and references to develop our care insurance system oaseo on the analysis and introduction of Japan＇s care insurance system.
