摘要
随着电力体制改革的深入进行,完善的电力市场竞争体制正逐渐形成,这将会对我国电力行业产生深远影响。本文运用PEST、SWOT等理论模型,对内蒙古农电企业所处的内外部环境以及企业自身优势和劣势进行分析,制定出内蒙古农电企业的人力资源管理战略、经营管理战略、技术创新战略。希望本研究可以使农电企业能够有效地面对电力体制改革带来的挑战,提高内蒙古农电企业的竞争能力,使其能够更好地为偏远地区电力用户提供服务。
With the unceasing deepening of the current electric power system reform, The open and orderly electric power market competition system is gradually being established, it will certainly bring huge influ- ence to the entire power industry. This paper used PEST, Porter's, SWOT and other theoretical models to analyze the internal and external environment of Inner Mongolia Rural Power Company, and roughly sketches out the human resources strategy, operation and management strategy and technology innovation strategy. This research can help the company actively respond to the challenges brought by electric power system reform and market competition system, and improve company's competitive ability.
