摘要
介绍了水电解制氢装置工艺流程。水电解制氢用于氯碱生产中,产出的氢可以消耗系统过剩氯,平衡氢气系统,增强系统的安全性。制氢装置引入氯碱生产可以优化氯碱开车流程,缩短开车时间,节能降耗。总结了制氢装置引入氯碱生产中面临的问题。
The process flow of water electrolysis for hydrogen generation was introduced. The hydrogen generated by water electrolysis was used in chlor- alkali production to consume the surplus chlorine, to balance hydrogen system, and to enhance the safety of chlor- alkali system. The adoption of the hydrogen generating device in chlor - alkali production improved the start-up process of chlor - alkali plant, shortened start-up time, and saved energy consumption. The problems existing in the adoption of the hydrogen generating device in chlor- alkali production were summarized.
