利用气相色谱法分析四氟化硫各组分含量。该方法为:对样品进行预处理,经过碳分子筛填充柱分离,用TCD检测器检测,用归一化法进行定量计算。经验证:该方法简单可靠,结果准确,已经得到国际上相关合作商的认证和认可。
Content of each component in sulfur tetrafluoride was determined by gas chromatography. The method comprised pre-treating sample, fractionating the sample in carbon molecular sieve packed column, detecting by TCD detector, and quantitatively calculating by normalization method. The method proved to be simple, reliable, and accurate. This method had been approved and certified by foreign partners.
