以Cu2+ 0.00μmol/L、0.31μmol/L、2.00μmol/L、5.00μmol/L、10.00μmol/L、25.00μmoL/L、50.00μmol/L、100.00μmol/L、150.00μmol/L、300.000μmoL/L等10个不同铜浓度的营养液为基质,培养甜菜幼苗,研究铜对甜菜生长影响,目的明确铜的营养作用和毒害性。试验结果表明:(1)幼苗根、叶鲜、干重受Cu2+浓度影响很大,浓度越大根、叶的鲜、干重越小,幼苗受到的危害越大;(2)铜元素的含量不同甜菜品种间存在差异,但趋势一致;(3)根吸收铜能力大于叶;4、随着Cu2+浓度增加,叶片颜色由绿逐渐变黄。
In order to study the effects of copper stress on sugar beet( Beta vulgaris L. ), the trial was treated with 0.00μmol/L、0.31μmol/L、2.00μmol/L、5.00μmol/L、10.00μmol/L、25.00μmoL/L、50.00μmol/L、100.00μmol/L、150.00μmol/L、300.000μmoL/L 10 different concentrations Cuz+ in hydroponic culture( 1/2 Hoagland nutrient solution). The purpose of copper nutrition effect and toxic had been maked clear in this trial. The experimental results showed that: 1. The weight of dry and fresh seedling were highly affected by the concentra- tion of Cu2+ , the greater the concentration, the smaller weight, the greater the damage; 2. The content of copper in root and leaf between the different sugar beet varieties had lightly different, but the trend were consistent. 3. The ability of absorption copper in root is greater than the leaves. 4. With the increase of Cu2 + concentration, leaves had gradually turn yellow color from green.
