糖耐量受损对孕产妇及胎儿的发育影响分析

目的探究糖耐量受损对孕产妇和胎儿发育的影响。方法选取2014年2月～2015年4月收治的％例糖耐量受损产妇和48例糖耐量正常产妇进行对比和研究。结果糖耐量受损的产妇比正常产妇的剖宫产率高，顺产率低，并发症的情况更加严重，而且围产儿的情况较差，差异较大，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论糖耐量受损会对孕产妇和胎儿都产生不良影响，必须给予早期的诊断，和有效的干预措施，减少并发症，改善母婴结局。

Objective To explore the effects of impaired glucose tolerance on maternal and fetal development. Methods 46 cases of impaired glucose tolerance and 48 cases of impaired glucose tolerance were selected from April to February 2014 in. Results Women with impaired glucose tolerance is higher than the rate of cesarean section of the normal pregnant women, vaginal delivery rate low, the complications of the more serious and Wai births are poor, difference is bigger, statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Impaired glucose tolerance may have adverse effects on both maternal and fetus. Early diagnosis and effective intervention should be given to reduce complications and improve maternal and infant outcomes.
