改良式俯卧位机械通气垫用于治疗成人呼吸窘迫综合征的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析改良式俯卧位机械通气垫用于治疗成人呼吸窘迫综合征的效果。方法随机抽取2012年4月~2013年11月诊治的60例ARDS患者,分为研究组和对比组,对比组患者使用传统的仰卧位方式通气进行治疗,研究组使用俯卧位机械通气进行治疗,分析两组的疗效。结果研究组的氧合指数明显优于对比组(P<0.05)。研究组的总有效率明显高于对比组(P<0.05)。结论改良式俯卧位机械通气垫治疗成人呼吸窘迫综合征的效果显著。 Objective Through the air for the treatment of adult respiratory distress syndrome effect improved prone position mechanical analysis.Methods 60 cases of ARDS patients who were randomly selected in April 2012 to November 2013, as the study group and contrast group and the comparison group of patients using conventional supine position ventilation treatment, study group use of the prone position ventilation treatment, analysis of the efficacy of the two groups.ResultsThe oxygenation index in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group (P〈0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the contrast group (P〈0.05).Conclusion The modified prone position mechanical through cushion in the treatment of adult respiratory distress syndrome effect significantly.
