氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床价值分析

Analysis of the Clinical Value of Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in Treatment of Hypertension and Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的80例高血压合并冠心病患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组(各40例),对照组患者应用硝苯地平控释片进行治疗,治疗组应用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组的显效率、总有效率分别为65.0%、95.0%,均显著高于对照组的35.0%、80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的不良反应发生率为7.5%,对照组为10.0%,组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论对高血压合并冠心病患者应用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片进行治疗,能有效降低患者的血压水平,改善心绞痛症状,其临床疗效确切,安全性好。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods Selected in our hospital 80 cases of patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease as the object of study, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group （40 cases in each）, control group were treated with nifedipine controled release tablets for treatment, treatment group was treated with chloramine amlodipine atorvastatin statin calcium observed the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 65% and 95%, respectively, 35% and 80% of the control group, the difference was statisticaly significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 7.5%, the control group was 10%, there was no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Hypertension patients with coronary heart disease treated with amlodipine and atorvastatin of atorvastatin calcium treatment, effectively reduce the blood pressure level of patients, improve the symptoms of angina pectoris, the clinical curative effect, security is good.
