利用SELDI-TOF MS筛选不同中医证型胃癌的差异蛋白

Screening of Different Protein of Different Patterns of TCM Syndrome in Gastric Cancer by SELDI-TOF MS

目的探讨利用表面增强激光解析电离-飞行时间质谱(SELDI-TOF MS)比较不同中医证型胃癌患者的血清蛋白指纹图谱并筛选其差异蛋白。方法选取本院收治的36例胃癌患者,依据中医证型的不同分为虚证组19例与实证组17例。针对两组样本均应用SELDI TOF-MS检测其血清的蛋白指纹图谱,并通过相关数据处理软件进行分析。结果实证组与虚证组患者中4 620 m/z的蛋白质峰具有显著差异,其原始判别中特异度为94.1%(16/17),灵敏度为94.7%(18/19),准确率为94.4%(34/36)。结论应用SELDI-TOF MS检测胃癌患者的蛋白指纹图谱对其中医辨证分型具有可靠的筛选作用,能够对中医治疗起到一定的指导作用。

ObjectiveTo screen different protein of different patterns of TCM syndrome in gastric cancer by SELDI-TOF MS.MethodsTo taly 36 gastric cancer patients were enroled in this study. Their patterns of TCM syndrome were diagnosed, 19 deficiency patterns of TCM syndrome and 17 excess patterns of TCM syndrome respectively. We detect the serum protein fingerprint of two groups samples using SELDI-TOF MS.ResultsBy comparing protein fingerprint of two groups, it found significant differeration, the specificity 94.1%, the sensitivity 94.7%, the accuracy 94.4%, respectively. Conclusion There was reliable screening effect to distinguish different patterns of TCM syndrome in gastric cancer, by detecting the serum protein fingerprint of two groups samples using SELDI-TOF MS. It can play a guiding role to TCM treatment.
