急性黄疸型肝炎中医辨证治疗的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of TCM Syndrome Differentiation Treatment of acute Jaundice Hepatitis

目的：对急性黄疸型肝炎患者接受中医辨证治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。方法根据2012年6月～2013年6月接收的90例急性黄疸型肝炎患者来进行研究分析，将这些患者分成对照组和实验组，均有45例。对照组采取西药降酶退黄治疗，实验组使用中医辨证治疗。结果对照组患者的临床治愈率是67.4%，有效率是27.9%，总有效率是95.3%，实验组有效率31.1%，治愈率64.4%，总有效率95.6%，两组的治疗有效率存在统计学差异性（P＜0.05）。结论急性黄疸型干预患者接受中医辨证治疗的效果和西医治疗的效果无太大差异性，中医治疗的方式对患者的症状和体征改善较明显，临床中具有更高的可行性。

Objective To study the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of acute jaundice hepatitis. Methods According to the study and analysis of 90 patients with acute jaundice hepatitis received from June 2012 to June 2013, these patients were divided into control group and experimental group, 45 cases. The control group was treated with western medicine, and the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine.Results The clinical cure rate of the control group was 67.4%, the effective rate was 95.3%, the total effective rate was 31.1%, the cure rate was 64.4%, the total effective rate was 95.6%, the effective rate of the two groups was statisticaly significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of TCM treatment for patients with acute jaundice type intervention and the effect of Western medicine treatment is not too big difference, the way of traditional Chinese medicine to the patient＆#39;s symptoms and signs improved more obvious, clinical has more feasibility.
