摘要
目的研究分析通络扶正汤结合针灸治疗缺血性中风后偏瘫的疗效观察。方法选取2012年3月～2013年4月于本院就诊的川例中风后肢体偏瘫的患者临床资料进行分析，随机分为研究组40例与对照组40例，对照组进行常规治疗，研究组在此基础上结合通络扶正汤联合针灸治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果结果研究组有效率高达94．8％，对照组为76．4％，两组对比差异明显（P〈0.05）。结论通络扶正汤联合针灸对治疗缺血性中风后肢体偏瘫患者的疗效确切，效果显著。
Objective To observe tbe therapeutic effect of combined acupuncture and moxibustion on treating hemiplegia after ischemic stroke. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with hemiplegia after stroke from March 2012 to April 2013 were randomly divided into study group and control group with 40 cases and control group with 40 cases. To compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients. Results The effective rate of the study group was 94.g%, the control group was 76.4%, the difference between the two groups was significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The effect of combined acupuncture and moxibustiou on the treatment of limb paralysis after ischemic stroke is effective.
