探讨分析腹部创伤的CT诊断及其临床意义

To Investigate the Diagnosis and Clinical Significance of CT in the Diagnosis of Abdominal Trauma

目的：研究分析腹部创伤患者接受CT诊断的作用。方法根据我院2012年～2014年接收的31例腹部创伤手术患者来进行研究分析，探讨患者接受CT诊断的情况，对治疗效果和CT结果进行比较。结果诊断和治疗后，临床中有30例患者的诊断结果和手术治疗结果相一致，临床中诊断准确率是96.77%，有1例病例出现了诊断不全情况，是由于其多发性损伤导致的。结论腹部创伤患者接受CT诊断的临床意义非常重要，可以让临床诊断更加准确。

Objective To study the role of CT in the diagnosis of abdominal trauma.Methods31 patients with abdominal trauma received from 2012 to 2014 in our hospital were analyzed, and the results were compared with CT.ResultsAfter diagnosis and treatment, the clinical diagnosis and surgical treatment of 30 patients were consistent with the results of surgical treatment, the clinical diagnosis accuracy rate was 96.77%, 1 cases had a diagnosis is not the case, because of its multiple injuries.Conclusion The clinical significance of CT diagnosis of abdominal trauma patients is very important, it can make clinical diagnosis more accurate.
