摘要 目的探究开放性植骨联合负压封闭引流治疗兔感染性骨不连的临床效果。方法选取38只新西兰的大白兔,将其随机分成A、B两组各19只。A组大白兔以一期开放性植骨。B组二期以开放性植骨,观察两组大白兔的临床效果。结果 B组的植骨后骨痂、骨缺损基修复、骨折及创面愈合率明显优于A组(P<0.05)。结论开放性植骨联合负压封闭引流,对于大白兔感染性骨不连加以治疗,有利于创面愈合率。 Objective To explore the open bone graft combined with VSD treatment of rabbits infected nonunion clinical results.Methods 38 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into A, B two groups of 19. A group of rabbits with an open graft. Group B to open the second phase of graft, clinical effects of two groups of rabbits.ResultsGroup B callus bone graft, bone defect repair group, fracture and wound healing was significantly better than group A (P〈0.05).ConclusionThe open bone joint VSD, for rabbits infected nonunion untreated, help wound healing rate.
