针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理体会

Acupotomology Nursing Experience in the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

目的为临床针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症提供一种效显便廉的护理方案,提高患者的治愈率及医护人员服务效率。方法通过观察针刀治疗185例腰椎间盘突出症患者,强调加强术前、术中、术后护理措施和健康宣教。结果通过针刀治疗及护理,痊愈160例,显效22例,无效3例,总有效率98.4%,未出现并发症。结论针刀微创治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理方案以其价廉效显,优于传统护理的特点。

Objective To provide an effective clinical needle knife therapy lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion and inexpensive nursing plan, improve the patient＆#39;s cure rate and efficiency of medical personnel service.MethodsBy observing the needle knife therapy in patients with 185 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, emphasized the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing intervention and health education.ResultsThrough the needle knife therapy and nursing, 160 cases cured, 22 cases had marked effect, 3 had no effect, the total effective rate 98.4%, no complications. Conclusion Needle knife minimaly invasive treatment of lumbar disc prolapse care plan for its quality and effect significantly, is superior to the traditional nursing characteristic is worthy of clinical promotion.
