Multiple Trauma and Emergency Care

目的分析研究多发性外伤的急救处理方法与护理措施,探讨其最佳临床急救与护理方案。方法选取我院急诊收治入院的多发性外伤患者105例为研究对象,确保对患者施行相应的急救与护理措施,分析总结其临床治疗效果。结果本研究抢救成功的患者共99例,达94.3%。其中2例患者因伤势过重,在入院前出现呼吸心跳骤停,抢救无效死亡;4例患者在急诊科救治过程中抢救无效死亡。结论医护人员具备丰富的临床抢救经验及熟练的操作技能及时有效准确的抢救与护理措施是多发性外伤救治成功的关键,对抢救成功率起到至关重要的作用。

Objective Analysis methods and emergency treatment of multiple trauma care measures, and to explore the optimal clinical aid and care programs. Methods Our hospital emergency admitted to hospital 105 cases of multiple trauma patients for the study, to ensure the implementation of appropriate first aid and patient care measures, analyze and summarize its clinical effect.ResultsOf this study in patients with successful rescue of 99 cases, up 94.3 percent. 2 patients because of injuries, respiratory and cardiac arrest before admission, died; 4 patients died during treatment in the emergency department. Conclusion The medical staff has a wealth of clinical experience and skiled rescue skils and accurate timely and effective measures to rescue and care is the key to successful treatment of multiple trauma, to play a crucial role in the success rate.
