摘要
目的：探讨风险管理在小儿血液类疾病输血护理中的应用效果；方法将本院2014年～2015年收治的66例小儿血液病患者随机分为观察组与对照组，对照组采用常规护理方案，观察组采用风险管理护理，对比两组护理效果；结果在护患纠纷、输血、输血后并发症等风险事件中，观察组各类风险事件发生率明显低于对照组，（P＜0.05）具有统计学意义；结论在小儿血液病的输血护理中应用风险管理，可有效的降低各类风险事故的发生几率，提高患者及家属的满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of risk management in blood transfusion nursing in children.MethodsFrom 2014 to 2015,The clinical data of 66 cases of Pediatric Patients with hematologic diseases were randomly divided into Observation Group and control group,Control group received routine nursing programs, nursing observation group risk management, and nursing effect of two groups were compared.Results Nurse - patient disputes, such as blood transfusion, blood transfusion complications after a risk event,Observation Group was significantly lower than the incidence of various types of risk control group, （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance.Conclusion Application of nursing Risk Management of Blood Transfusion in children with hematological diseases, which can effectively reduce the incidence of various types of risk accidents, improve the satisfaction of patients and their families.
