摘要
目的探究尿毒症血液透析造成皮肤瘙痒的护理措施和效果。方法选取2014年3月～2015年1月收治的56例尿毒症血液透析导致皮肤瘙痒的患者进行护理，随机分组，实验组34例患者采取优质护理，对照组22例患者选择常规护理，对比护理效果。结果实验组护理有效率为94．12％，对照组护理有效率为77．27％，差异大（P〈0．05）。结论尿毒症血液透析导致皮肤瘙痒患者在优质护理后，可以缓解心理压力，减轻身体不适症状，避免并发症的出现，效果显著。
Objective To explore the nursing measures and effect of skin pruritus caused by uremia hemodialysis. Methods 56 cases of patients with skin pruritus caused by hemodialysis were selected from March 2014 - January 2015. The patients were randondy divided into experimental group and 34 patients in the experimental group were treated with high quality nursing. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the effect of nursing was compared with that of 22 patients. Results The efficiency of the experimental group was 94.12%, and the control group was 77.27%, statistically significant. （P 〈 0.05 ） .Conelusion Uremic hemodialysis patients with skin pruritus in quality care, can ease the psychological pressure, reduce physical symptoms, to avoid complications, the effect is significant, can be widely recommended.
